The short version: First Phone is a tool to help you set screen-time schedules. It works within Apple's Screen Time system, which has limits we don't control. Use it as a helpful guide, not a guarantee.

These Terms govern your use of First Phone ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What First Phone does

First Phone lets a parent or guardian set schedules — such as School and Bedtime — that limit access to selected apps on a child's device. It uses Apple's built-in Screen Time features to apply these limits.

What First Phone is not

First Phone is a helpful set of "training wheels," not a security system. Please understand:

Setting a Screen Time passcode

For schedules to stay protected, we recommend setting a device Screen Time passcode during setup. Without one, settings may be changed on the device. You are responsible for setting and remembering this passcode.

Your responsibilities

Payments

First Phone is available as a one-time purchase through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

First Phone is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, LoLoLo Creative is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — including any app or content that was or was not limited. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
