Privacy Policy

Minefield Gold is developed by LoLoLo Creative ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because the app keeps data collection minimal.

Information We Collect

If you enable Leaderboard Sharing, the app uploads the following to our leaderboard service when you complete a match:

Username — the display name you choose in the app (you may use any name; it does not need to identify you)
Match results — your score and completion time
Anonymous player ID — a random identifier created by the app to associate your scores; it is not linked to your real identity, email, or contacts

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no third-party advertising.

How This Information Is Used

Leaderboard data is used for one purpose: operating the global leaderboard so you can compare your results with other players. We do not sell this data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing.

Your Choices

Leaderboard Sharing is optional. You are asked for consent before any data is uploaded. If you decline, nothing is uploaded and the game remains fully playable.
You can turn Leaderboard Sharing on or off at any time in the app's Options or Settings menu.
You can change your display name at any time in your profile.

Data Stored on Your Device

Game progress — including your profile, gold balance, rank, match history, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes this local data.

Service Providers

Leaderboard data is processed and stored using Google Firebase (Google LLC), which acts as our infrastructure provider. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Minefield Gold is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only user-provided data is an optional display name used for the leaderboard.

Data Retention & Deletion

Leaderboard entries are retained to operate the leaderboard. If you would like your leaderboard entries removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete them.

Changes to This Policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above.
